How long does a custom rug take to arrive?

The color doesn’t seem to go deep enough into the fabric/ material. I don’t know if I am explaining myself correctly but there seems to be a lot of white streaks or white sub-fabric showing through. It takes away from the design & makes the carpet look low quality even though it feels great.
I absolutely love this rug! I just moved and didn't even have a couch yet, but loved this style so much I decided to decorate my entire living room around the colors in it. It's so soft and my cats genuinely adore rolling all over it too.
