The rug came in way less vibrant and saturated than the images. Regardless, my son does love that it has a snake. When we washed it the first time, it looks even worse. Very disappointing.

The slight wrinkles you’re seeing after washing are most likely from the rug being compressed for a long time inside the washing machine. Because the rug has a non-slip silicone backing to help it stay in place and keep its shape, it’s relatively firm. After a long wash cycle this firmness can create temporary creases. These wrinkles can usually be removed by air-drying and then using a low-temperature iron if needed. We really appreciate your feedback and hope these suggestions help. Just ordered this rug for my 10 year old’s room and I have some thoughts. Pros: cute design, very soft, nonslip back. Major con: the color is only printed onto the very surface of the fibers, leaving everything underneath white. This means that it shows every single footprint, fingerprint, cat paw print, or slight disturbance. It washes out the color and just makes it look worn and kind of cheap. I also worry about the color holding up with wear. Keeping it because my kid loves the design, but overall I was disappointed.
It came pretty quick and we love it! It’s not too heavy. Not very thick but it is soft. It gets a lot of action. It does attract dirt but it’s easy to brush off. It does probably need a better wash. We play on it all day and our little dogs love it too. It has been well loved so far!

Super cute and soft, really brings some whimsy to my living room. The light color does show dirt the few times I’ve walked across it with shoes on without thinking, but it’s been easy to spot clean so far. Will have to make a new house rule: no shoes on the snake. But it’s worth it!

I’m honestly surprised by how much I love it! The spiral snake design is so unique and adds a cool, edgy vibe to the room. Wonderful rug, I am so impressed. It doesn't look cheap at all. The edging is very well done. I love the design and how it is cut in the shape of the snake. The colors are exactly as pictured- a nice soft faded black and bright orange. It looks even better in my space than I imagined. It is soft and the perfect thickness, feels so nice under my feet! 1000% happy with my purchase and highly recommend. The rug feels rather cheap for the price point. The design and size is as advertised, but the material feels as that of a rug about 50% of the cost.

I like the rug but I did not like the experience. My rug came with a shoe print. I did contact customer service and I was told to return and they’ll ship me a new one. That was a huge hassle. I wish you guys could’ve just given me a gift card for the stain instead.
I bought this for my boy's room (4 and 6). I love everything about this rug, and so do my kids! The design is adorable. It's also the softest thing I've ever touched. It's cozy and fun and works perfect in our space.

Absolutely LOVE. The colors are vivid and its irregular shape adds much needed dimension to my rather flat office. Also, the rug is a little squishy and feels like velvet on your feet. It. Is. Magic. Totally worth it. Will be ordering more in the future!
I like the rug, the design is as shown, good size for the price, and it feels really soft to the touch (nice under the feet). One negative comment is that the design looks best when the grain of the rug material is all pushed in a certain direction - so if you walk on it or drag anything along it, it messes up that grain direction. I get it back by vacuuming in the direction that makes it look pretty, but just my footprints mess it back up. A little annoying. but still nice in my room. not a problem worth the effort of returning
It came rolled up and the edges curled up at first. It flattened itself out with the help of a trash can on one of the corners that was folding up, and now it is an adorable rug that sits between my bed and my closet. I love it :)
