How long does a custom rug take to arrive?
Complete your payment to begin production of your custom rug. Delivery is expected within approximately 6–8 weeks. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date.

Because custom rugs are made just for you, they’re considered final sale. We’ll confirm all details with you before production begins.

This rug is adorable and I want to give it 5 stars but the material it is made from is really problematic (ESPECIALLY in a high-traffic kitchen). You can see every footprint and every time anyone walks on it. The material shifts colors, so the rug always looks dirty and not a clean, crisp image. I'm really bummed about it and will have to move it out of my kitchen.
