How long does a custom rug take to arrive?
Complete your payment to begin production of your custom rug. Delivery is expected within approximately 6–8 weeks. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date.

Because custom rugs are made just for you, they’re considered final sale. We’ll confirm all details with you before production begins.

The mat is not a ‘rug’ as advertised but rather a bath mat / made of bath mat material. I do love the design but the printing is very cheap with colour only printed on the top fibers so the white fiber underneath constantly shows. Great design very poor quality for the price.
